Situated in the picturesque Qawra Point area, and various locations in Bugibba, our villas and apartments are designed for travellers seeking the perfect blend of relaxation, all close to the sea and some have spectacular seaviews.

We have a large and spacious 4 bedroom cosy apartment with use of a pool that sleeps up to 6 people with a balcony that overlooks the pool. It has 2 double bedrooms each with an ensuite, and 2 single bedrooms that share a bathroom. It has a large fully equipped kitchen and a large TV screen with Netflix and YouTube. Each room has its own Aircon. It is just a 5 minute walk to the sea and many restaurants, bars and a large Spar supermarket 200m away. The X3 bus from the airport stops 50m away. This is a spacious apartment to stay and enjoy your holiday.
We have a large Seafront 3 bedroom bungalow, called ‘Waterline’, with the best seaview you could ever wish for. This accommodation sleeps up to 6 people. Sitting out on the terrace for breakfast, lunch or your evening meal / barbeque, or just enjoying drinks in the evening with family or/and friends while watching the spectacular sunset, is second to none. Each bedroom has its own terrace to sit out. Two bedrooms are ensuite with showers, and there is a third bathroom with a bath from the hallway. There is a garden with shrubs and olive trees long the front, the side and the back of the property. This unique property is special as it is in a great location with everything you should need within a few minutes walk, including a nice swimming area right across the road. The main bus terminal is just a 4 minute walk away. We know you will just love staying in this property for your holiday.
Ammorin Villa C is another superb 2 bedroom accommodation with a large sun terrace and seaview, and has access to a large roof terrace where the seaview of St. Paul’s Bay is even more spectacular. The sunsets are amazing. This villa has one double bedroom with ensuite and a second bedroom with either two single beds. Shops and restaurants are all close-by, and the main Bugibba bus terminal is 4 minutes walk away.
Maybe you would like to stay at our Stylish Seafront 3 bedroom apartment in a prime location right on the seafront. It sleeps up to 6 people, with a large roof terrace and two balconies, where you have stunning views of the sea and St. Paul’s island. The sunsets are amazing to watch from the two balconies and/or the large roof terrace. This amazing apartment has been completely renovated throughout and was finished in March 2024. It has two double bedrooms, one with the front balcony to enjoy the wonderful seaview, and the third bedroom with 2 single beds. It has a living room with dining area and leads on to a second front balcony with a wonderful seaview. It has a fully equipped kitchen, 2 shower rooms and a utility room. There are many restaurants on the promenade and Bugibba Square is just 5 minutes walk. There is a large supermarket 6 – 7 minutes walk. Fancy a swim before breakfast, just walk across the road and you are in the Mediterranean waters.
We have a 2 bedroom apartment called ‘Sunset’. It is on the 5th floor overlooking the rooftops and has a great seaview to watch the spectacular sunsets. The sunsets are amazing from the dining room too. It is bright from natural light and has a second back balcony to sit out, or dry clothes. This apartment has two double bedrooms, one with an ensuite, the other a guest shower room opposite the bedroom. It has a large sitting / dining room with kitchen and you can walk out onto the front balcony. It is just by the main Bugibba bus terminal where you can get a bus to many places around the island. It close to many restaurants and shops, including a large supermarket, and the seafront is just 5 minutes walk.
Perhaps you would prefer our happy and Cosy Family Ground-floor apartment that sleeps 2 – 4 people with a small patio. It is 120m from the seafront, and 4 minutes walk to Bugibba Square for the many restaurants and bars. This apartment has been in our family for over 55 years, and we love it being comfortable and cosy and close to everything you need, including a large Spar supermarket just 80m away. We have just renovated the whole apartment in May 2024. It has a double bedroom that opens onto the patio, and a living room with two single beds eitherside, a sofa that can turn into a double sofa bed, a TV, a wardrobe and two drawer units.
We have a large spacious 3 bedroom apartment that sleeps up to 5 people with a front balcony and a large courtyard at the back to enjoy, with just a 5 minute walk to the seafront for swimming and several great restaurants. The bedrooms are a double with ensuite and walk-in shower, the second double can have either a double bed or have 2 single beds, and there is a single bedroom. These share a bathroom. There is a large fully equipped kitchen combining with the living room where there is a large screen TV. It opens on to the front balcony that overlooks the street.
We have a Nicely Furnished and Modern Two Bedroom Apartment on the second floor, but no lift. It is within a 10 minute walk from Bugibba square, the seafront and promenade. There is a supermarket opposite and several restaurants within a few minutes walk. This apartment has two bedrooms, one large double, and the other bedroom with 2 single beds that can be pushed together, a shower room, fully equipped kitchen with a sofa and large TV. It has a small balcony overlooking the street. It’s comfortable and quiet.
