This superb and newly refurbished Seafront Villa graces a tranquil residence amid the villas of Qawra. The property boasts a wonderful sun terrace with the most spectacular and stunning view you could wish for. The sea is just across the road to enjoy refreshing swims before breakfast, or later in the evening. The sunsets and colours after sunset are so beautiful, as it shows in the accompanying photos, which you can enjoy watching from the terrace with drinks, dinner and/or a barbeque. This bright and inviting villa comprises three bedrooms - an airy double with ensuite and opens on to the terrace, another bright double with ensuite, and a twin room with adaptable single beds to make a double. There is a third shower room with a bath/shower, sink and toilet. The living room is furnished with two sofas, a television equipped with Netflix and YouTube, and dining ensemble. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you should need, from an electric oven a 4 ring gas hob, a microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster. Included in the accommodation are all bed linens and towels, arranged for your arrival, even encompassing towels suitable for swimming. Café del Mar, an exclusive beach club with music, food, drinks and an infinity pool, also lies just a 10 minute walk along the promenade. There are several restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk along the promenade into Qawra or Bugibba. A grocery store is conveniently situated 300 meters away, while the main bus terminal for island's exploration is within a 300m. For a large family, or several friends interested in staying together in one apartment, Waterline is absolutely ideal: It is perfect for a family of 4, or a large family of 5 - 6, or 6 friends who want stay together. Each have their own sun terrace, serving as a space for relaxation, sunbathing and enjoying panoramic views of the sea, sunsets, St. Paul's Bay and St. Paul's Island. We can arrange a taxi to collect you from the airport and bring you straight to the door. Please ask for this service if you would like it. Longer term stays in the villa: We offer longer term stays between November to the end of March each year. Payment: To secure your reservation, a deposit of 200 euros is required, payable through online bank transfer, Revolut, or PayPal. This deposit, held as a damage safeguard, will be refunded following an inspection on the day of departure. The full payment is due 14 days prior to your arrival. The apartment has 2 bedrooms; 1 large double bedroom and the second with 2 single beds that can be pushed together if required. It was refurbished approximately 18 months ago with everything new. The kitchen and living area are together with all the cooking appliances you need. It also has a large screen television with Netflix and YouTube. There is a shower room with toilet, sink and shower. The apartment building is entered through a communal door and there are 2 flights of easy stairs to the second floor, no lift. The apartment has a restaurant across the road, many others within a few minutes walk, and a supermarket across the road. The bus stop is 300m away where you can catch bus to various areas on the island. The sea is 10 minutes walk. This inviting property offers comfort and a warm atmosphere with three bedrooms, a front balcony, and a spacious rear courtyard for outdoor relaxation. Suitable for up to five guests, the main double bedroom features an ensuite with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom provides two single beds that can be combined to create a double, while the third bedroom offers a single bed. These bedrooms share a common bathroom. The living area, integrated with the kitchen, encourages family togetherness, complemented by a cozy second sitting room at the rear of the property overlooking the expansive courtyard. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you should need including 2 electric ovens and grill, a microwave, a large fridge/freezer and washing machine. Each bedroom has an efficient ceiling fan including the kitchen/living area and second sitting room. The living room has an air-conditioning unit for warm or cool. We use PayPal or Revolut for payments, or you can pay direct to our bank. We will send our payment details for easy payment when you are ready to book. We ask for a non-refundable 100 euro deposit for a reservation in Seabreeze Guestrooms, or a 200 euro non-refundable deposit for a reservation in one of our apartments to secure your booking. The remaining balance of payment is to be paid 14 days before your check in date. We will send you a reminder for payment via email.
Our cancellation policy: While travel and/or health can suddenly be affected, we agree to 21 days notice of cancellation with a full refund. This helps to give time for other potential guests to book a cancelled room or apartment. Less than 14 days from your check-in date, we ask for 50% of the total booking fee unless we receive another booking to cover your dates. We will take into account special circumstances for a necessary and sudden cancellation with satisfactory proof of the reason why. We try to be as fair and understanding as possible, as we know circumstances can change unexpectedly.
