This newly refurbished, and inviting villa, graces a tranquil residential enclave, amid the villas of Qawra, situated just 2 minute walk from the seafront. The property boasts a wonderful sun terrace to watch the amazing sunsets, and a roof terrace with an even more spectacular seaview. The sunsets and colours are so beautiful, as it shows in the accompanying photos, which you can enjoy watching from your private terrace with drinks and/or a barbeque. The sea is just a 4 minute walk where you can enjoy refreshing swims before breakfast, or later in the evening.
This bright villa comprises two bedrooms – an airy double with an ensuite and opens on to the terrace. The second bedroom is bright with twin beds that can be pushed together to make a double, if required, and has a bathroom next to it. The naturally light living room is furnished with a large sofa, a television equipped with Netflix and YouTube, and dining ensemble. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you should need, from an electric oven a 4 ring gas hob, a microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and capsule coffee machine
Included in the accommodation are all bed linens and towels, arranged for your arrival, even encompassing towels suitable for swimming.
Café del Mar, an exclusive beach club with music, food, drinks and an infinity pool, also lies just a 10 minute walk along the promenade. There are several restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk along the promenade into Qawra or Bugibba. A grocery store is conveniently situated 300 meters away, while the main bus terminal for island’s exploration is within a 200m.
For a family of four, or four friends interested in staying together, this villa is ideal. The sun terrace serves as a space for relaxation, sunbathing and enjoying panoramic views of the sea, sunsets and St. Paul’s Bay.
We can arrange a taxi to collect you from the airport and bring you straight to the door. Please ask for this service if you would like it.
Longer term stays in the villa: We offer longer term stays between November to the end of March each year. If you would like to rent the villa for 1 – 5 months, we will offer you a great monthly rate. Please enquire if you are interested.
Payment: To secure your reservation, a deposit of 200 euros is required, payable through online bank transfer, Revolut, or PayPal. This deposit, held as a damage safeguard, will be refunded following an inspection on the day of departure. The full payment is due 14 days prior to your arrival. Gentle reminders and our bank details will be promptly provided for your convenience.
Our Cancellation policy: Our cancellation policy stipulates a deposit refund if cancellation occurs more than 21 days before the arrival date. Within 21 days, the deposit will be retained unless we are able to rebook the corresponding days.
