This cosy ground-floor flat holds a special place in my family’s heart, and history, having been in our possession for 56 years. We’ve cherished countless joyful holidays here, and have recently renovated it to extend the opportunity for others to experience and enjoy.
Situated in an excellent location, the flat offers easy access to numerous restaurants, bars, and public transport. Just 200 meters from the sea, it provides convenient access to various swimming spots.
Ideal for 2 – 4 guests, the flat comprises one comfortable double bedroom and a living room with 2 single beds and a spacious sofa. Amenities include a TV and free Wi-Fi. The main bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning unit for temperature control, and the living room features a highly efficient ceiling fan, complemented by a heater for colder months. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, gas cooker and oven, and a microwave. A well-appointed shower room with a shower, sink, and toilet ensures convenience. Outside, a patio offers a pleasant space to relax and enjoy meals.
All bedding and towels are included in the price and will be prepared for your arrival.
The flat is 80m away from a large Spar supermarket.
Longer term stays in the apartment: We offer longer term stays but only between November to the end of March each year. If you would like to rent the apartment for 1 – 5 months during these months, we will offer you a good monthly rate. Please enquire if you are interested.
Payment: We ask for 200 euro deposit to confirm and secure your reservation which you can pay by online bank transfer or by Revolut or by PayPal. We will send you bank details when you are ready. We will keep this as a damage deposit during your stay and return it after we check the apartment on your last day. We will ask for the full amount to be paid 14 days before your arrival date. I will send you a reminder and our bank details.
Our Cancellation policy: If you cancel before 21 days of your arrivals date we will return your deposit. If you cancel within 21 days we will keep the deposit and cancel your dates. If we are able to refill your dates, we will return your deposit.
