With 10 thoughtfully equipped rooms, each featuring ensuite shower rooms, free WiFi, TV, air-conditioning (both warm and cool), hairdryer, mini fridge, and coffee and tea facilities. We cater to your every comfort. Towels, sheets, duvets, and complimentary toiletries are provided. For added coziness during winter, fleeces are available in each room, complementing the efficient air-conditioning.
Convenience is at your fingertips with a washing machine available in reception, and a small fee to cover costs.
Our room offerings include various configurations:
- Rooms 1A & 1B are Double rooms with a balcony overlooking the street and side views toward the sea.
- Rooms 4A, 5A & 4B are Double rooms with balconies at the back but no view and they are quiet.
- Rooms 2A & 2B are Double rooms with Emperor size beds. They are quiet and cosy rooms but no view or balcony.
- Rooms 3A & 3B are Twin rooms in the middle but no balcony or view. They are cosy and quiet. These rooms can also be made into Emperor sized beds, if requested
- Room 5B is a Single room with a small balcony but no view, but is quiet.
Unwind on our expansive private roof terrace, bathed in sunlight throughout the day, and experience a vibrant evening ambiance accompanied by music drifting from nearby bars.
On each floor, a kitchenette awaits, equipped with a dining table, chairs, a 2-ring gas stove, and a microwave for basic meal preparation. Our communal fridge allows guests to store essentials, while we provide a selection of breakfast items free for guests to enjoy. For those who prefer dining out, numerous restaurants are situated along the street.
For seamless airport transfers, take advantage of our taxi service at a reasonable rate of 28 euros, ensuring a swift 30-minute journey compared to the 80-minute bus ride. Whatever your needs may be, don’t hesitate to ask, as we are dedicated to going above and beyond to make your stay exceptional.
When looking at the prices to workout the cost of your stay, please add a one time charge of 35 euros to your total for cleaning and laundry. Plus 50 cents per person per night for Environmental tax for Malta. There are no other charges.
Longer term stays in Seabreeze Guestrooms: We offer longer term stays between November to the end of March each year. If you would like to stay with us for 1 – 5 months, we will offer you a great monthly rate. Regular cleaning is done so you don’t need to worry, including change of sheets and towels. We can do your clothes laundry too, for a small charge. Please enquire if you are interested.
Payment: We ask for 100 euro deposit to confirm and secure your reservation which you can pay by online bank transfer or by Revolut or by PayPal. We will send you bank details when you are ready. We will keep this as a damage deposit during your stay and return it after we check the room on your last day. We will ask for the full amount to be paid 14 days before your arrival date.
Cancellation policy: If you cancel 14 days or more before your arrival date, we will refund your deposit. If you cancel within 14 days of your arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable unless we are able to refill your dates.
