Description
This inviting property offers comfort and a warm atmosphere with three bedrooms, a front balcony, and a spacious rear courtyard for outdoor relaxation. Suitable for up to five guests, the main double bedroom features an ensuite with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom provides two single beds that can be combined to create a double, while the third bedroom offers a single bed. These bedrooms share a common bathroom.
The living area, integrated with the kitchen, encourages family togetherness, complemented by a cozy second sitting room at the rear of the property overlooking the expansive courtyard.
The kitchen is well equipped with everything you should need including 2 electric ovens and grill, a microwave, a large fridge/freezer and washing machine.
Each bedroom has an efficient ceiling fan including the kitchen/living area and second sitting room. The living room has an air-conditioning unit for warm or cool. We provide electric heaters for the winter months that make the bedrooms very cosy.
The apartment is close to several restaurants, bars and there is a well stocked shop 80m away. There is a 5 minute walk to the seafront where you can swimming and sun-bathe.
All bedding and towels are provided and will be prepared for your arrival.
Longer term stays in the apartment: We offer longer term stays between 1st November to 31st March each year. If you would like to rent the apartment for 1 – 5 months, we will offer you a great monthly rate. Please inquire if you are interested.
Payment: We ask for 200 euro deposit to confirm and secure your reservation which you can pay by online bank transfer or by Revolut or by PayPal. We will send you bank details when you are ready. We will keep this as a damage deposit during your stay and return it after we check the apartment on your last day. We will ask for the full amount to be paid 14 days before your arrival date. I will send you a reminder and our bank details.
Our Cancellation policy: If you cancel before 21 days of your arrivals date we will return your deposit. If you cancel within 21 days we will keep the deposit and cancel your dates unless we are able to refill your dates.
