An expansive 2-bedroom apartment nestled on the 5th floor with breathtaking views that stretch across the rooftops to the mesmerizing sea and St. Paul’s Bay. Enjoy enchanting sunsets from the comfort of a private balcony and cosy sitting/dining room.

The primary bedroom is a grand retreat with its own ensuite, while down the corridor, the second bedroom exudes warmth and coziness. Complete with its private shower and toilet, it provides a snug ambiance. Further down the hall, there is a second balcony, leading to an inner sanctuary within the building with a convenient washing machine and seating area.

The living area and kitchen are equipped with a dining table, providing an ideal space to take in the panoramic views. Step out onto the balcony from the living room, complete with table and chairs, to fully immerse yourself in the captivating scenery.

Situated a mere 3 minutes from the Bugibba Bus Terminal, this apartment offers easy access to various destinations across Malta. Explore the vibrant surroundings with shops, cafes, restaurants, and bars, while the sea is a short 5-minute stroll away, inviting you to the picturesque promenade for a refreshing swim.

Longer term stays in the apartment:                                                                              We offer longer term stays between November to the end of March each year. If you would like to rent the apartment for 1 – 5 months, we will offer you a great monthly rate. Please enquire if you are interested.

Payment:                                                                                                                                      We ask for 200 euro deposit to confirm and secure your reservation which you can pay by online bank transfer or by Revolut or by PayPal. We will keep this as a damage deposit during your stay and return it after we check the apartment on your last day. We will ask for the full amount to be paid 14 days before your arrival date. I will send you a reminder and our bank details.

Our Cancellation policy: If you cancel before 21 days of your arrivals date we will return your deposit. If you cancel within 21 days we will keep the deposit and cancel your dates unless we are able to refill your dates.
